Warren E. Hare is an associate in the firm’s Middletown office where he focuses his civil litigation practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. Throughout Warren’s 32-year career, he gained experience and success litigating matters on plaintiffs’ and defendants’ behalf including private automobile and trucking litigation, homeowners’ liability, commercial premises liability, commercial litigation, public entity defense, professional liability, creditors’ rights, real estate, and bankruptcy.
Warren graduated from the University of Hartford in 1985 with a BSBA degree in Accounting with a minor in Computer Science. He received his JD degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1988. Prior to joining Kent McBride, Warren was an associate with a general practice firm where he gained experience representing insureds, self-insureds, lenders and municipal entities. He then spent eight years with a trial litigation firm representing personal injury litigants, commercial builders, buyers/sellers and developers of real estate, and debtors/creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy matters. Warren then began a solo practice focused on personal injury and commercial ligation, and Municipal Court defense, while also becoming Of Counsel to a Public Entity litigation defense firm.
Warren is licensed to practice in NJ and is admitted to practice before the US District Court of NJ, the US Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, the US Tax Court, and the US Supreme Court. He was an introductory member of the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court from 1990-92, and an introductory member of the NJ Bankruptcy Inn of Court in 1993.
