Thomas Carney is a shareholder in Kent/McBride’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey office. He graduated with honors from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. and a J.D. from Widener University School of Law. Thomas is admitted to the Bar of New Jersey, as well as to the District of New Jersey.
Thomas has conducted hundreds of binding arbitrations from start to finish. He has also represented insured clients in first and third-party matters and insurance carriers in declaratory and coverage actions. Thomas has given seminars to insurance companies on topics including automobile litigation, premise liability and personal injury protection benefits. Thomas has also served as a defense arbitrator in UM and UIM arbitrations.
