Stephen J. Boraske focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on commercial auto matters and property claims. He represents insurers and insureds in personal injury, property damage, and coverage disputes in trial and administrative forums throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Kent McBride, Stephen practiced at regional defense firms representing public entities, businesses, and individuals in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, tort defense, and prerogative writ litigation. He also served as law clerk to the Hon. Ronald E. Bookbinder, A.J.S.C. (ret.), in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington Vicinage.
Stephen is known for his pragmatic approach, clear communication, and commitment to client objectives. He holds a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and resides in Camden County, New Jersey, with his wife and three children.
