Rachel M. Planas was raised in Brick Township, New Jersey. She graduated from Rowan University in 2006 with honors, where she received a B.A. degree in Law and Justice and a minor in Psychology. She then attended Temple University James Beasley School of Law and earned her J.D. in 2012. Rachel was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2013. She is also admitted to the U.S. Middle District Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to joining Kent & McBride in 2019, Rachel spent seven years representing various types of employers in all aspects of litigation, which included workers’ compensation.
Presently, Rachel focuses her practice on workers’ compensation litigation. Her current work involves representing large corporations in addition to small and local companies.
