Nabila Saeed is an Associate in the Middletown, NJ office of Kent/McBride. Her practice focuses on insurance coverage, premises liability, construction defect claims, public entity claims, and motor vehicle litigation. Nabila has successfully defended many clients on complex matters from the inception of the case through trial.
Nabila graduated magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey with a B.A. in Criminology & Justice Studies in 2007 and received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2011. During law school, Nabila interned at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, where she researched and drafted bench memoranda and opinions. She also served as an editor on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
Prior to her employment with Kent/McBride, Nabila gained extensive litigation experience as an Associate at a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Edison, NJ. She also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Sheldon Franklin, J.S.C., in the Family Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage.
Nabila is admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars and also practices in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
When she is not spending time with her family and friends, Nabila enjoys travelling, hiking, cooking, and photography. She presently resides in Toms River, NJ with her husband and daughter.
