Marcus Ferreira holds degrees from Rutgers College (B.A. 1995), The Rutgers-Camden School of Law (J.D. 1998) and The Rutgers Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy (M.C.R.P. 2012). He is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, as well as the United States District Court–District of New Jersey.
Following law school, Marcus served a one year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Theodore Z. Davis, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, General Equity Part (Camden Vicinage) before joining Kent/McBride in 2000, where he practiced through 2007. He practiced as a Commercial Motor Vehicle Defense Attorney for Rawle & Henderson, L.L.P., for two years and returned to school to earn a Master’s Degree in Regional and City Planning, before rejoining Kent/McBride in 2013.
