Lillie R. Julius, raised in Bergen County, NJ, attended Binghamton University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Law, with a minor in Judaic. She then attended Temple Law School, where she earned her J.D. degree. While in law school, Lillie served on the Jewish Law Association, was a member of Women’s Law Caucus, and received the Beasley Scholarship.
