David has been practicing law in Delaware since 1985, concentrating in general litigation and insurance defense. He was most recently Senior Trial Counsel and Attorney of Record with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company/ Chrissinger & Baumberger for 25 years. He focused primarily in the areas of construction defect, product liability, personal injury and bad faith litigation. He was an instructor with the Liberty Mutual National Attorney Training Program and a frequent speaker for National Business Institute and other Continuing Legal Education seminars and programs. Prior to that time he practiced corporate litigation with Potter Anderson and Corroon in Wilmington Delaware for over 10 years.
