Carolyn S. Kelley is an associate attorney in the Cherry Hill office of Kent McBride. Her practice focuses on Motor Vehicle-Accident Liability, Personal Injury, and General Insurance Defense. Carolyn handles all aspects of defense litigation through client contact and court appearances.
She grew up in Westchester County, New York. She graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in 2011 with her BA in history. While in college she completed multiple internships with the Queens District Attorney’s Office in New York City. She worked in the Domestic Violence, Economic Crimes, and Rackets Bureaus.
Carolyn received her JD from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2016. At law school Carolyn was a member of Hofstra Law Women. While in law school she worked for a plaintiff’s medical malpractice law firm in lower Manhattan. She worked on cases involving Hospital Negligence, Infant Birth Defect, Worker’s Compensation, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, and Employment Law.
When not spending time with family and friends Carolyn enjoys theater, camping, and baking.
She is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to working at Kent McBride, Carolyn practiced Immigration Asylum Law in Pennsylvania.
