Andrew Walheim grew up in Doylestown, PA. He graduated from The Catholic University of America (B.A. in Politics) in 1998 and received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2002.
While in Law School, Andy was an active member of the school community, serving as President of the Student Bar Association, a Certified Legal Intern in the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Clinic and a member of the Moe Levine Moot Court Honor Society. While in school he also clerked for a regional Insurance Defense Firm.
After Law School, Andy’s practice concentrated in general commercial civil litigation where he gained experience and success litigating a variety of matters on behalf of both Plaintiffs and Defendants including contractual disputes, employment disputes, consumer fraud, creditor’s rights, landlord tenant matters and bankruptcy. His current practice focuses on civil litigation involving contractual disputes, contractual Indemnification, insurance coverage issues, insurance defense practice, landlord tenant matters, real estate and bankruptcy matters and premises liability.
Andy is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania..
He currently lives in Abington, PA with his wife Taryn and two daughters, Reese and Faith.
