Andrew J. Lado is an Associate Attorney in the Cherry Hill office of Kent/McBride. His practice focuses on Commercial and Residential Premises Liability, Motor Vehicle-Accident Liability, Personal Injury, Employment Law, and General Insurance Defense. Andrew handles all aspects of defense litigation through client contact and court appearances.
Prior to his employment with Kent/McBride, Andrew was a Law Clerk for the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C., in the Special Civil Part of the Monmouth County Superior Court of New Jersey. As the Special Civil Part Law Clerk, he handled cases relating to the Landlord-Tenant Division, Small Claims Division, Special Civil Part Division, Law Division, and Docketed Judgments. Andrew’s law clerk position gave him excellent mediation experience.
Andrew graduated from Rutgers – Camden University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology in 2016 and received his Juris Doctorate from Delaware – Widener School of Law in 2019. During law school, Andrew was an intern for the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office where he argued various municipal appeals as a second-year law student. He was a member of both the Women’s Law Caucus and Federalist Society, and the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
When he is not spending time with family and friends, Andrew enjoys hiking, running and rock climbing.
Andrew is admitted to the New Jersey bar and also practices in the United States District Court of New Jersey.
