Amanda J. McNelly, Esq. is a litigation attorney licensed in New Jersey and Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where she served on the Moot Court Honor Board, received an Oral Advocate Award, and was recognized for outstanding pro bono service. She holds a B.A., cum laude, in Psychology from Arcadia University.
Amanda previously practiced at regional defense firms representing insurance carriers and institutional clients in high-volume litigation. In that role, she handled motions, hearings, and negotiations, prepared detailed legal analyses and risk assessments, and advised clients on litigation exposure and strategy.
In addition to her defense work, Amanda has a strong commitment to public interest advocacy. She served as Rule 3:03 counsel in a juvenile defense clinic representing indigent youth in delinquency proceedings and worked with the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau, where she represented indigent clients.
