Robert S Florke


Robert S. Florke is an Associate in Kent & McBride's Iselin, New Jersey law offices. Born in Long Branch, New Jersey and a lifelong Jersey Shore resident, Robert graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kean University (B.A. 1996) and the Beasley School of Law at Temple University (J.D. 2000). In law school, Robert was a member of Beasley's Jessup Moot Court team and also had an article published in the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal entitled "Castaways on Gilligan's Island: The Plight of the Alien Worker in the Northern Mariana Islands," which examined and analyzed foreign worker rights in the U.S. territory.

Robert is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and has personally tried approximately one hundred cases to conclusion in matters involving motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, insurance coverage matters, medical malpractice, wrongful death and survivorship cases, and other general civil matters. Robert also sits as a private arbitrator in matters involving Underinsured and Uninsured motorist litigation.
